You can find the new explanation of benefits at myuhc.com, showing,

• The status of a health care service claim for you or a covered member of your family
• The amounts paid by your plan and/or amounts you owe
• Information about your coverage

Please review immediately as it may include appeal rights or other information that is time-sensitive.

How to view your explanation of benefits,

• Log in to myuhc.com
• Select  Manage my Claims
• Your most recent claim(s) are at the top of the Claims Summary
• Select  View Claim for the claim you want to view
• Select  Explanation of Benefits (PDF) to see your EOB
