With classes starting up again, the 365 Express cafe on the first floor will be open and the eighth floor cafeteria will resume selling a student lunch special.

Please note that the below menu for the cafeteria does not include any dishes marked as vegan.  I have inquired about this and hope to receive a response.  I will update if and when that information becomes available.
