The purpose of this organization is to: a) Provide the GC community with an inter-disciplinary forum for research, discussion, and networking relating to scholarly and professional pursuits in social theory. b) To bring together student and faculty from various programs, including but not limited to Comparative Literature, Economics, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology, Theater, and the Women’s Studies Certificate Program. c) To support and encourage students and faculty from various programs in the study of various aspects of social theory.
