The NDSEG fellowships are sponsored by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Army Research Office, the High Performance Computing Modernization Program, and the Office of Naval Research, under the direction of the Director of Defense Research and Engineering. NDSEG fellowships are intended for students at or near the beginning of their graduate studies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields. These three-year awards include stipends averaging $31,000/year, full tuition and fees, a health insurance allowance, and have no military service obligation.
