NYS Board of Regents: Recognize Teacher Expertise with Bilingualism and Multiculturalism
On May 23 the New York State Puerto Rican/Hispanic Task Force issued a letter to Regent Merryl H. Tisch, asking that the Board of Regents implement regulation(s) that would acknowledge validate and reward teachers’ expertise with bilingualism and multiculturalism in New York State.
