Janan is a current first-year student in Critical Social/Personality Psychology. She is a 2016 graduate of Connecticut College, where she received a BA in Psychology with minors in English and Middle Eastern Studies. Janan’s interests include gender and the environment, cities and geography, critical personality theory, feminism and women’s liberation, and interracial relationships. She currently teaches at the College of Staten Island and works at ThriveNYC.
