Please note: This is for students who are unable to fulfill the immunization requirements due to lack of existing documentation of their immunization records, or access to a medical practitioner that can complete our immunization record form.  Students should refer to the website for details on the requirements before making a decision to receive the MMR vaccine at this walk-in clinic.
