The WPA-GO Graduate Committee (GC) has invited applications for three new Graduate Committee member positions. On this site, you’ll find the responses to questions posed to the candidates by the WPA-GO Elections Committee and by our Diversity and Outreach committee liaison.

Before marking your ballot, please consider candidates’ answers to the following questions:

  • How would your studies and / or your professional experience advance the mission of WPA-GO? The mission statement may be found at this website: http://wpacouncil.org/wpa-go
  • Give an example of how you have been a voice for graduate student needs and experiences on your campus or in your work.
  • CWPA pledges to “foster inclusion more generally; promote research into student diversities; promote policies that increase diversity in our membership and in the population of people who administer writing programs; and explicitly act against the structures that cause injustice today,” and WPA-GO is dedicated to supporting this mission. How will your selection to the WPA-GO Graduate Committee advance this goal?
