Introduction

I am an Adjunct Lecturer in the English and Humanities departments at LaGuardia Community College, and a recent graduate of the PhD program at The Graduate Center (part of the City University of New York). My dissertation was on the pleasure gardens of late-eighteenth/early-nineteenth-century America. Originally from England, I earned my Masters in Research (MRes) in 2005 and my BA in 2003, both from Queen Mary, University of London.
