Getting the ‘flu vaccine:


FREE:

Check the GC Wellness Center‘s site and announcements on this site to see if they currently have ‘flu vaccines available. Alternatively, you can get vaccinated at the facilities listed below.

Fort Greene Health Center
295 Flatbush Ave Extension, 5th Floor Brooklyn, NY 11201
NYCDOHMH Walk in Clinic
Fee Info: No cost to client and no appointment necessary
Additional Info: NYCDOHMH Immunization Walk-In clinics will be closed on the following days: 10/8, 11/6, 11/12, 11/22 and 12/25. The Immunization clinics are open for patient registration from 8:30am to 2:30pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri). Persons will be seen on a first come first served basis. Please plan to arrive early in the day. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Fee Info: $32 (or FREE if you have NYSHIP insurance. Meningitis and pneumonia shots are also free if you have NYSHIP, FYI!)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 9pm; Saturday 9am to 6pm; Sunday 10am to 6pm
