About me

I am in my second year in the sociology PhD program, and hope to graduate in 2012. My research interests are sociological theory, critical theory in particular, the sociology of religion, and comparative historical sociology.

After obtaining my M.A. I worked in the UK as a researcher on a project concerning student retention in higher education, and also a project in the field of the sociology of medicine.

At the moment I’m working on an article on the Frankfurt School and religion.
