About me

I returned to graduate school after working for several years in the corporate world. My interests include the sociology of knowledge, global political economy, sociology of emotions and affect, psychoanalytic theory and queer theory to name a few. My dissertation project examines how particular affects and emotions frame both technical and popular understandings of “the economy” within the period of American neoliberalism.
